The Crusher was going to be ready about December 2012. Remember all those countdowns. Its now feb 2014 and there is still not word that the crusher has been commissioned.

Did the govt slow that process?

The $100m loan docs were going to be completed 14 days after Nov 18th 2013. This task is now 100+ days late. Did the govt stuff that up too?

The devil is in the detail and if the really fine detail had some comment about when and how much emcumbered I would expect there to be quite a tussle. Mingsheng is no backyard bank by the way, so I don't expect them to roll over quickly.


The DFS was promised many times over the course of a few years. Quite a load of dollars was spent on it. It never got to completion status. Who got the timescales wrong on that one?

The company believes the JORC on which the DFS was started became completely understated. Since justified in their continued random discoveries of resource every time they do some civil works. I think there is a big problem with the DFS. Its not good enough and does not reflect what is ultimately saleable.

Seeming unable to get a grasp the obvious,the extra 8 months would have caused new changes in mining, hence the equipment changes and flowe back into the DFS. Core elements of the DFS must be sound, otherwise zzedzz is smarter than people who have seen the draft but out of date DFS, and stumped up cash. Sorry, I don't think you are.
