    What were you expecting Heatherbelle, a double lane freeway with emergency stopping lanes and 24hr phone service...lol

    Think it'll be a very basic access road that will develop the usual cracks & potholes.

    But the key word is ACCESS, something which the company and the locals currently don't have, at least by vehicle.
