I'll become one of the baggers myself if Mt Kitty isn't spudded within March. You don't put out a specific statement like that unless you are certain that it will occur. If it is contingent on Santos finishing their Mereenie wells then that should have been clearly stated then, not after the first week of March.
A slack can be cut for the PL and Surprise development as it is now up to the NT Gov to issue it.
