Um, seeing you've now made this mistake several times, "Palestinians" is not an adjective. It is simply the plural of "Palestinian",the latter meaning a singular person, and describing someone who comes from Palestine in the same way we would say you are an Australian.
If you want the adjective, as in eg "the people wore a Palestinian style of dress", then you would not have the 's' at the end.
