re: Ann: AYG: Sale of Network Infrastructure ... Hey guys, I haven't posted on my favourite company in a while (just finished my MBA and busy Q1 at work) but I've had a good squiz at the acquisition and AYG's business. BGL are clearly getting a bargain here. I'm not even basing that on numbers for the deal (there aren't many).
AYG's business is under severe pressure and as a result they've had to offload the best part of the company.
I look forward to seeing more data as the acquisition is folded in, I'm confident BGL can optimise their wholesale contracts with the big T and others, giving us better EBITDA margins.
More broadly these 2 big acquisitions and debt finance are a bit of an inflection point of BigAir's business, I think it's all good, they have a nice buffer in WiMax cashflow which continues to grow pretty strongly and fund more deals or tide them over if it does turn out they've bitten off more than they can chew.
