There are 8400 s/h on NST's registry. Allowing say 900 for Nth Americans etc, leaves 7500 (rounding for simplicity)>
That means if everyone takes up SPP, and at these prices most will, (even if they had to sell shares), means on av only $2000 per S/H is available.
