I can't judge O&G Director because I have no qualification for.. But people that know him is unanimous to declare he is highly skill to his job.
Not just that...even without knowing him, the well drilling results all around the world for sure everybody an judge the entire experience is highly positive.

I sincerely can't see in our technical department nothing that we can say.."uowww here is the problem".,,,

I read the Marwoode text and of course his "exaustion" (he also was strong supporter of the board ,is one typical example how the board miss the boat of communication (thi in times where comm is one of most important skills of any enterprise..

Probably the "old mentality" to "avoid many announcements" is mixed and wrongly concluded with spin or perpetrade some kind of illegal activity..
Is not !!

A board not just can by law but MUST by comm and marketing terms keep the supporters up, showing good things.

A simple example..

Some companies I also hold shares usually in the fortnightly announcement they begin(absolutely standard and no news) they begin the announcement saying..
we are pleased to inform we achieved the level of 3444 meters and we are happy to inform the drilling is going smooth and successful...

Things like that, promote excitement and a feeling of all is going good..

Somebody can say... Ahh this is childish !!

If the drill broke in the middle of works what they will right ?

Unfortunatelly we need inform our drill programme will suffer further delays to repairs the rig AAAA because at deep of 3444 one not expected rock..blababla..

Means... Small..really small thinks makes huge difference..

One of the reasons to make permanent road shows is not just picj new buyers... But also have reasons to announce..
Today we completed the road show number 26 of this year and we are pleased to inform the audience demonstrate very high excitement when we explain our good chances at Poseidon North 1 and the geological structure.. We take this opportunity to also invite the current shareholders to our next road show with several fund managers of Brisbane at Hotel....

That makes all entire market open the eyes and everyday come new buyer to compensate eventual sellers and for sure disestimulate shorters to pick that share as a aleatory victim..

Welll... now we depend exclusively of good,strong and precise results in drillings and JV's..

Lets hope the team can show excellence in this area
