    Yes the wording is a bit ambiguous and could be read both ways CTP ie, Farming Out or farming in...

    Blue Energy seems the perfect fit IMHO ... but why are they not in a trading halt ... Hmmm

    Kinda suspect that Total will be behind the scene pulling strings somewhere.
