You have to wonder what merge failure will mean to the share price.
What does everyone prefer - Increased risk or Jacka back to seeking financial support?
As I said before, it seemed a good deal with the combined entity: decent prospects to fall back, no financial issues and a Major supported punt at a huge resource.
BTW, I support everyone's right to go one way or the other. Just am of the opinion that if the merger fails, we will feel it.
