All species are risky SS. And bear in mind your observations all relate to Fukushima. But we've ticked a few boxes in the past few years while weathering the mother of U downturns. If another reactor stuffs up, well goodnight.
But if you feel we've had our reactor event for a decade or two (hopefully no more at all) then the oppies are a pretty good bet IMO. Still risky though...
