LYC owes us timely and regular announcements so that the market can fairly ascertain the company's position and shareholders can reasonable protect their investments.

Conference calls are, IMO, superfluous because:
(a) if new price sensitive info is released at conference calls then it should be released in ASX anns.
(b) The release of info via conference calls is unfair because not all shareholders
can readily access the cc.

Obviously the owners of the 173 million short positions have had better info
than most retail shareholders who have posted on HC over the past 2 years.
Only time will tell if these shorters get the opportunity to cover their shorts
at a sp less than today's.

I know that some posters mistrust LYC but short of concrete evidence we have to accept that the board and management are working for us and not the shorters.

Given the current position of the LAMP, it is difficult to see how the sp can drop any further but I guess time will tell.
