    re: Ann: SEYMOUR WHYTE ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC AC... Liking the acquisition, but at $27.5m cash and around $14m in SWL shares, it doesn't look like a particularly attractive multiple (around $5 NPAT).

    SWL on a roll, so the market will probably give it the nod in any case.
