PSA needs to drill 2 more wells ; there is a big offshore risk relying on 3 wells to flow at full capacity ......it is a lot different if they were onshore......it is quite prudent that PSA say nothing at these early stages until the RELIABILITY factor is established ........and obviously the MARKET speaks !
