Lol can I play this game-I think I know the rules, I paid $50k deposit, was negative geared $24k per annum, plus R&M and agent fees, sold it 8 Yeats later for $150k more-3 bagger!!!!!
As long as you ignore the $192k shortfall on repayments, the $15k in agent fees, the $30k in R&M etc etc lol, ignore all that and you can convince yourself you didnt loose a packet.
That's how you play the game isn't it?
