I may have encouraged the initial sell at 3.8 when i put my orders at 3.7 and 3.6 lower to see what would happen. Anyhow i have put my orders back up to 3.6 and 3.7 , as for shortfall i dont think they will raise anymore as they have more than enough for now , thats why it wasnt underwritten they knew they would get a certain amount needed.
