Hi Matt, are you referring to the funding update announcement dated 9 December 2013 or 27th December 2012?
Yeah if they have conducted site tours and met with govt officials it might be further advanced than I thought it might have been. But hey if its useful that's good, if not no big deal.
That is why I posted enquiring about how the events in the Ukraine could be affecting sourcing of funding.
