I think both sides are right
From trading prospective it really isn't a good time to buy NEU
From investment point of view I could see some good future value in NEU
It all depends on your mind set
Personally I'm happy to wait till the chart is right B4 I jump in again I too have a target price in mind which would have some people really in happy so I'd better keep it to my self for now
