If they use a bottomed out share price from 6 months ago to calculate a new share issue, then shareholders will be screwed.

If their plan was to use this to entice new equity deal then they have failed shareholders.

It would allow anyone to flood the market with negatives, suspend the shares, then try to gain further investment on the basis of a falsely low shareprice and leaving existing shareholders with a huge dilution.
