The recent criticism regarding just one of the many secondary objectives showing a statistical improvement is again about managing expectations. What if the drug is safe and improves cognition? If thats all it did, would patients not opt for it? Are they going to hang around for the miracle cure? After all most drugs for cancer etc are not really 'cures'. I think the guy at Street just refuses to see it. You cant make someone understand something if their income depends on their not understanding it!
