    On a side note I enquired about transferring my MBN shares to another of my entities that would deal with the tax implications of either a large loss or a large profit more effectively.

    My advisor at Commsec replied that they were unable to carry out off market transfers whilst a stock is in halt or suspended from trading.

    How has a director been able to do this?

    Any thoughts
