This is an informative post. However, if you are suggesting that my previous post was not accurate, I invite you to note that the higher doses were SC not IV. CBio has not dosed IV at a higher rate than 10 mg. Dosing by SC is a different matter since much less drug enters the blood stream. There is yet to be a proper study to determine the actual relationship between IV and SC dosing. The previous management embarked on a large and expensive trial on RA by SC dosing without determining the relationship between IV and SC, with somewhat disappointing results.
