No that's not correct,
The limit of misconduct can extend beyond the initial nov trading hold.
If the information was misleading after the first trading halt, then the second and subsequent information are misleading also.

Do yourself a favor and register and come along for the ride, if you get anything or not at least you tried.

That's what the IMF rep told me just register and once we have more information at hand we will clarify all the holders position.
