atzam-5

We soon to find out the fist sign of oil: oil show. So what do we think Atzam-5 will give us. We don't really know for high certainty as LAR engineers who have all the data to look at. However, we can make our own educated informed guess.

- Atzam-5 is drilled on a seismic line 91-69 and clearly on structure. Atzam-5 is close to the crest of the structure as Atzam-4:

- To day announcement say the prognosis on track. At least the base of the limestone Coban A is as predicted at around 1000 ft.

- Atzam-4 is producing strongly from just 6ft zone of C17. The strong over 200 psi on surface is almost unchanged since they started at 110 bopd to now 170 bopd. It tells a strong aquifer support and therefore extending in a rather large area. In other words, the 1000 m distance Atzam-5 to Atzam-4 is not a large distance and Atzam-5 is very likely be in the same structure.

- Coban formations is productive from Mexico, Belize to south of Guatemala. LAR/Schlumberger carbonate service is convinced that C13-19 are oil bearing from the well logs of Atzam-4.

Let the result speak for itself. We would know within a week of the first oil show. GLTA.
