It is now in the hands of the Senate Inquiry into ASIC.

What will unfold will determine possibly the final outcome. If the current Senate Inquiry does not specifically cover manipulation it may need a Royal Commission or another Special Inquiry to investigate the claims made in this area.

I suggest you read Submission 213. It is comprehensive in the matters you are concerned with, especially CuDeco Trading. When reading you will notice that the writer is much more appreciative of the English language than I am.
