Also, the rlc cameras are starting to be more accepted as an aspect of life here. They are showing up on sitcoms and whatnot. Most people favor their existence and it is only time when the legislation falls in their favor. The republicans in the unfriendly states have more on their hands to worry about then trying to enact legislation that is contrary to pop opinion. I believe that once they become more prevailant, more people will recognize them as potential investment opportunities.
