You know guy's i have been thinking about this and i think i know where it all went wrong. I think Wages are fair, i think Salary's are definitely negotiable. Let's not forget to differentiate between Wage & Salary earners. What's wrong is that an 18 year old fresh out of school with absolutely no training get's paid the same wage as the guy who has perfected his skills in that area over the last 30 years, the only difference being if they have an employer who recognizes skill and rewards his or her employees accordingly, any other kind of employer of course is a greedy ars--ole who deserves the pain and suffering inflicted by the current state of affairs. What happened to Apprenticeships, Cadet-ships, why was it that i was happy to do 5 years of training with incrementaly increasing wages starting from slightly above the dole and today they won't except that, who was the idiot that stuffed that up, oh i know "Human Rights", well what Human Rights Activist wants to put his life in the hands of an Untrained Moron, c'mon let's see the Volunteers, when you need an Ambo we will send a duly certified school Graduate that is eager to learn and willing to gain his or her skills practicing on you.
