Dionysus, it has taken me a long time to realise the secret to real wealth creation is non-diversification. Balanced equity portfolios are IMO a fallacy designed to keep the investment advisor industry well-funded.

U know my thoughts and my portfolio mix based this strategy for this market which I consider fraught with extrme danger and opportunity. If u have the best, why dilute your focus with the rest (?). I have been looking for an NFM for a long time and believe I have found it.

I am sure there are plenty of good stories and emerging situations out there but at this stage of the global markets, I am only interested in the Holy Grail and Golden Fleece beyond, cos that is the vision and mission Zeus has challenged me with.

Generally speaking I am a conservative man and beyond current wave of spec boom wavelet developing, prefer to stay out of the market in general. I only have two small goldco trading possies outside the significant core investment holding on this boat and remain debtless and liquid to sleep at nights.

Having said this, I do believe however, that in the immediate short term, anything with "gold" or resources in its name will fly and it will seem all too easy again for them with short memories. But remember the lessons of y2K well cos the next downer is megabear C.

And having further said this, I hope to see our sturdy boat fulfil its Olympian destiny even amidst the reefs and whirlpools and hurricanes to still be encountered in coming journeys.
