How do votes just go missing in this day and age?

The judgement means that in future anyone who does not like a possible result can just simply arrange for votes to disappear, knowing that it will be months before another (more favourable to them) election can take place.

I think it stinks to high heaven. People are paid to do their electoral jobs, and when they do not, oh, that's ok, we'll start again.

Its real third world dictatorship country stuff.
