CX orders are not off market transfers they are trades between centre point traders. I have no access to them and can't see them till after they are executed. I am often first in line and watch while thousands of shares trade at centre point leaving the first in line bid & offer sitting there. If I buy at market I don't get the centre point price I get the current offer which is higher. I don't mind algo trading but the main problem is CX orders as they are now at the current bid/offer and they don't show in the market depth.
