Interesting comments about the positive relationship with TPDC to date. If they sue this would surely change ? They've already made public the consideration. I'm guessing they might not want to proceed with the challenge on eyasi to maintain that status quo? And what happens if Otto ever pulls out of these jv licenses ? We can't afford losing existing assets !!
