Pegasus, I agree with $4 and yourself that we are lucky ( for lack of better term ) to be back on the ticker. When the trading halt transitioned into suspension I was leaning more toward a withdrawal of financial support. Over the last quarter CBA have backed the business as an in the near term viable going concern, I was of the opinion that the board and major stakeholders believed that the repayment relief would continue short term through to the 4th quarter which is the very minimum time frame CCU would require. I see the SPP as a requirement of CBA or a condition of their continued support, so in hindsight an earlier raising would have been a lot more favourable, the suspension period and out come has highlighted just how close to administration CCU was/is. Management, well it's hard to give them a wrap for anything, they have presided of the destruction of shareholder wealth and the support of CBA could just as easily be in good favour to the likes of Gerry Harvey (top ten holder) or their own self preservation.

Old CEO vs new CEO, I think it's important to champion your success and I haven't got a problem with the record breaking two week announcement, I will say that I respect the delivery of bad news up front and I think he's done that but really I'm of the view that he's ridden the status quo into the ground, the old CEO well he was a great salesman.
