Dunno buc, since I was not one of the hysterical gang making comments that crossed the line I'm not aware of any legal actions brought.

PEN has had its share of disappointments relating to delays, and in some cases I personally suspect it's been through lack of clear understanding relating to the formal processes that had to be undertaken - permitting, resolution of the EIS, local interest groups etc etc. This has been rectified and we're almost there now.

My own experience tells me that slick statements from BLR HQ about "near term revenue", "October stockpile cashflow", all against the background of zero licenses held, AT still in lab scale testing etc challenges intelligent peoples ability to believe it could be delivered.

You can keep drinking the Cool-Aid all you like....hope you don't lose your shirt in the process!
