buy or sell? I suppose it depends on which one thinks will happen first: capital raising, or takeover/partnership.

According to the financials, as of end of last year published on Comsec, Bell etc:

so their ca$h position is low. Now, not every share price spike for a cash-strapped small-cap is necessarily followed by a cap-raising, but unless I've missed something I'd say it's pretty likely and pretty soon.

Discl: I missed this recent party. Sold a few cheap before the jump. So I'm not in a position to sell.
Discl: holding a tiny parcel of BLTO, which to my amazement has actually regained the price of a couple of cartons.
