It certainly is a game - it is pure psychology/emotions.

You start to doubt yourself and get sucked in and sell, by thinking "other people know something that I don't, I better get out now".

Then you sell exactly at the bottom, as I am certain many people that read HC will discover very soon.

About the only ones that haven't sold and will profit long term are JB Hi Fi and myself.

I do feel for the ones that sell at the bottom now, but you must understand that other people play on your emotions. Take the emotions out of it if you want to survive on the sharemarket.

As for the ones that want to time the bottom perfectly and wait for that magical entry price that you deduce will come your way - you will miss out altogether coz you cannot time the market.
