Meercats theory seems to have merit and gels together quite well however, I cant see how you can just ignore the building of the pipeline since all the jv partners involved at the time would have had to agree on its construction. And just because it isn't coinciding with our own timetables doesn't necessarily mean its not going to happen. If it has all been one huge ruse then it shore has been descent one.
