One point about buying property is timing. If you buy at
the top of a boom then you will make a profit during the next boom. If you have to sell in the meantime life will be tough.
I live in a hot corner in Melbourne. Eventually I shall have to sell my house and move to something smaller.
However I still have lots of renovations to do. So I shall
just wait for the next boom.
