Any type of economic downturn which I believe is inevitable (despite what the government and media tell us) will devastate the property market in Sydney and Melbourne. In 5 years time the likes of Joanna Griggs, Suzie Wilkes, Debra Hutton and Jamie Dury will not be able to walk the streets without being spat on. Did I forget Paul Clitheroe that buy and hold joke should be crucified.
