Yes Roo Roo, that's my info as well. A European company with troublesome minority shareholders who wanted a bigger price. Now they miss out entirely. Plenty more fish in the sea. These share placements will be effectively dilution free as TZ grows by the same amount. I expect there are a couple more deals close to fruition. Sellers are non too keen, just a trickle for petty cash while waiting for more news.
