    Hi

    Perhaps someone who knows RM can ring him and get his thoughts, before we go off the deep end. In my humble opinion not having a seat on the board is a bit of a strange move if you then are not going to do anything, like buy or sell?

    Not being able to appear at board meetings is hardly a reason imo
