I am with you on voting a big fat NO to the second tranche.

However, I sadly see this as a battle we can't win. The new placement shareholders will vote yes, management will obviously vote yes (and they hold a lot of shares) and the quote "existing institutional and professional investors in Australia" *as per today's announcement* will vote yes. (I wonder whether any of our happy hotcopper posters are so institutional and professional that they deserve the free money)

In summary, only the rich are allowed to get richer (and can do so with zero risk). What a great world we live in.
