My guess is CW wouldn't play the Orbis or large game. That is my Conspiracy theory. Anyone who wants a piece has to buy on market. Is the board playing to support major holders strategy? My fear is we have a issue and it is set up as to expedite next lot of trials and we get diluted rather than do a partnership on good terms. It is more a time for a payday than a dilution in my mind as I need to take some risk off the table
Pulling of Nasdaq details needs explanation regarding the timing. Was it just administrative or strategic ?
I can't imagine leaving a company willingly on the cusp of a successful phase 3 where your payday finally comes but I am not sure if CW entitlements had been adjusted to reflect his new senior role?
CW still had baggage of failed Nasdaq listing , Fonda arrangements etc. I don't see all that as bad but in hindsight everything is so clear and easy unlike at the time when actually implementing them. We don't know if it is a simple personality clash.

Last thing I wanted was any distraction or disruption that could be in any way negative for the share price and frankly for for the few grand CW and short time would cost until we get the results why would you remove him? Can't believe there was not a role especially with the work ahead after a successful phase 3.

I just hope we aren't going to see multiple posts of offshore staff and lackeys from USA as when it has happened before they haven't had the finesses to deal with aussie holders and markets.

Keep coming back to why the nasdaq stuff was just pulled?
