    The Company needs to be clearer about its announcements and provide more detail.

    I do not expect now any announcement of drilling at Surprise East even mentioned until after PL is granted and then when we spud the well could be at any time in the future. I have not heard from CTP that they have found the rig yet to drill Surprise East 1.

    Very disappointing !
