The NRC refused the Tallahassee Area Community (TAC) free access to Records due primarily to the fact that TAC's members' alleged property interests could render the FOIA request primarily in TAC's Commercial interest.

Under this ruling by the NRC, the TAC need to pay a fee to access records to which they the " Tallahassee Area Community " have refused.


Outcome being " No Access To FOI Records "


What is now interesting & indeed extremely beneficial to both Ablation Tech & Black Range Minerals is the FACT that the NRC have clearly stated that the Tallahassee Area Community can utilize FOI Records for "COMMERCIAL GAIN "

This will create IMO: a possible legal impediment on TAC's future moves to attain FOI information.
