since announcement of "costs over runs" on 31/1 share price has fallen 45%, now the market is currently factoring in an amount in over runs at about $14-15mill IMO. Current m.c $16.6mill.@ 0.03, cash @ $9.7mill. 31/12/13. IMO they will issue shares to the operator and the delay is haggling over the price to issue.
