You have to take anything that a company PR person says with a large grain if salt. She was probably just repeating what was said in the dec quarterly that a deal is imminent. Very unlikely that they would put put a separate update .. There were a number of announcements today that could have included such an update IMHO. Next news will be the deal I reckon.
