That post is factually inaccurate on so many different levels.
It is the company's responsibility to update their JORC report. Because CDU does not do this hardly infers the JORC has serious shortcomings. It is CDU's responsibility which, history shows, they have not managed well.
CDU would hardly be 'damned' for updating their resource inventory to a highee level of confidence now they are digging the stuff up. How does that make a shred of sense? They actually now have an opportunity to prove their point by releasing numbers (in the appropriate way) but instead they refuse to do so. Let's just take time to digest that.
There is a strong chance the ASX are going to have some discomfort with that release in my view.
