A case in point would be Creasy versus Audax, this took years to resolve--this one will take longer, RIO will prevail in the end--please yourselves, the law clearly states--you have three full months after expiration of tenement, as lawful owner, to re-apply as preferential tenant before other submissions can be considered--the application monies were accepted--end of story.
