yes i am of the opinion its done and gone. Just would not be surprised if this rears its head again in some way.
AlSO it may well be if TPCD feel that swe was shafted and have that good relationship as stated may be future events between the two will be a tad easier. may be swigging to more sympathy on the next bidding.
