I must have missed where Grant said 10% PA property price growth. Is that in another thread?
Hard to imagine 10%. I would have thought that if you are investing in residental property you would be happy to achieve above CPI which is around 3% currently.
But Nickoo as I understand what you have said you believe that even this is not achievable?
