so much worry about the share price,might i suggest you consider the company is valued at around $95m give or take 2-3m and that is more than fair value for a non-producer without a mining license and NO PRODUCTION.
Yes,everything is near to happening,but it hasn't yet and even some of that likelyhood is already priced in.
When it does the costs of running the plant and having 65 employees there may make some difference to costs.
